Mental Health with Michelle Cassidy

On Thursday, May 12, 2016, Michelle Cassidy presented an informative and engaging workshop on Supporting Your Child's Mental Health.  She shared key strategies and practical activities that can be easily applied in our busy lives to help de-stress, reduce anxiety, and remain calm in the moment.

We received such positive parent feedback from this evening's event, that we would like to extend the learning from Michelle Cassidy's presentation by sharing her slides with our school community.
